Why Ratana Path

What Makes Our Approach Different

Designed for Adult Learners

Content moves at a considered pace, with plenty of space for questions. We understand that learning something new after 40 deserves time and respect.

Thai Context, English Instruction

All programs are taught in English with Thai financial and legal context built in — relevant to the lives of residents and long-term expats in Thailand.

Practical Take-Home Materials

Every program includes worksheets, journals, or projection models you can continue using long after the sessions end.

Small, Comfortable Groups

Sessions are kept deliberately small so participants feel at ease asking questions and exploring topics without pressure.

Balanced, Unbiased Education

We present information, not recommendations. Our educators explain options and trade-offs rather than directing participants toward particular products or decisions.

Convenient Bangkok Location

Our space on Ratchadaphisek Road in Huai Khwang is accessible by MRT, with a calm, welcoming environment suited to thoughtful learning.

Common Questions

Questions We Hear Often

Who are these programs designed for?
Our programs are created with adults aged 40 and above in mind — people who want to think more carefully about their household finances, property considerations, or how they'll structure their income in later years. No prior financial knowledge is assumed or required.
Do I need to take the courses in a particular order?
Each program stands on its own. Many participants start with Household Cash Flow Basics as a grounding foundation, but you're welcome to begin with whichever course addresses your most immediate interest. If you're uncertain, we're happy to have a short conversation and point you in a direction that feels right.
How many people are in each session?
We keep groups small — typically between six and twelve participants. This allows everyone to ask questions, engage at their own pace, and feel comfortable contributing to discussion without any sense of being rushed or overwhelmed.
Are these programs taught in Thai or English?
All sessions are conducted in English. Thai financial laws, property regulations, and tax considerations are covered with Thai context built in — making the content relevant for residents, long-term expats, and Thai nationals comfortable in English.
What is the cost of each program?
Household Cash Flow Basics is ฿2,900 for two evening sessions. Property and Real Estate Awareness is ฿8,200 across three sessions over two weeks. Retirement Income Architecture is ฿14,400 over five sessions across three weeks. All fees include course materials and any take-home tools.
Will my personal financial details remain private?
Yes. Sessions are educational discussions — participants are never asked to share personal financial data in a group setting. Any one-on-one work, such as the retirement income projection model, is handled discreetly and confidentially.
What should I bring to a session?
Just yourself and a notebook if you prefer writing things down — though printed course materials are always provided. For the Cash Flow program, having a rough sense of your monthly income and regular expenses in mind can be helpful, but it's certainly not a requirement.
